Zaraar Digital is me. When you ring, I answer. When you ask for a change, the person making it is the person you asked. That sounds like a small thing until you've been through an agency where a simple text change takes a fortnight and three emails.
Being one person is also why the prices work. There's no office in Manchester, no sales team, no account manager to pay for. You're paying for the site, not the overhead.
The flip side, honestly: I can't take on twenty jobs at once, and if you need a 40-page e-commerce build with a warehouse integration, I'm the wrong person and I'll tell you so. What I'm good at is building a genuinely fast, genuinely findable website for a local business that does real work — and then getting out of your way.
I work with trades because I like them. You do a real job, you quote a fixed price, and you turn up when you say you will. That's how I try to run this, because it's the only way that makes sense to me.
